Bullseye Deluxe (RT-B380X)

A Wi-Fi-enabled version of the Bullseye kettle-style pellet grill with an afterburner firepot reaching up to 1000°F and an 18 lb hopper.

$900Approx. MSRP

Worth the upgrade over the base Bullseye for a beginner who wants fast high-heat searing with WiFi convenience, but skip it if you mainly want to smoke large cuts overnight.

Pros

  • Direct-flame afterburner firepot heats up much faster than typical pellet grills, up to 1000°F
  • 304 stainless steel grate and cast iron deflector are more durable than the base B380's porcelain-coated grate
  • 18 lb hopper includes a pellet dump feature for easy cleanout/flavor switching
  • WiFi connectivity and a front-folding shelf add convenience over the base model
  • WiFi/app control — watch the cook from your phone

Watch-outs

  • Costs about $200 more than the standard B380
  • Taller footprint than the base Bullseye
  • Still a small single-purpose grill, not suited to big low-and-slow cooks for a crowd
  • Tight cooking area (380 sq in) — small batches
