Best for a beginner who cooks for a crowd regularly and wants the biggest single-body GMG grill, but overkill and pricier than needed for someone cooking for just a few people.

Watch-outs

  • Bigger and heavier than the Ledge/Trek, so it needs a permanent spot rather than being portable
  • Pellet-view window and glass lid darken quickly and need frequent cleaning
  • Same reported power-adapter reliability concerns as other GMG Prime-generation models
  • Higher price than the Ledge for a jump in size that a solo beginner may not need
