Known niggles

  • Doesn't reach or hold high heat as well as gas models, particularly outdoors or at max capacity
  • Non-stick surface is very slick, food and utensils can slide more than expected
  • Slight dome shape in the plate sends oil and liquid toward the edges instead of staying centered
