You will have a great deal of extra people in your neighborhood who can get into your property if your property managers allow large parties.

When using charcoal, you will notice that there is so much smoke and soot from the coals that it can be hard to see what is actually burning.
But when you use gas inserts or propane gas, everything burns evenly and there is no more soot or smoke.
Your guests will not be able to smell anything and they will enjoy the beautiful sight and smell of the barbecue cooking.
The fourth reason why outdoor bbq is great is that it can make for an awesome afternoon or evening with friends.
You can sit outside on the patio smoking some brisket or pork ribs or chicken or whatever your favorite meat is, and enjoy your evening.

The fifth reason why I love the outdoor bbq area is because it is easy to clean up and maintain.
This type of grill has a drip tray that goes on top of the hot grill to keep everything from getting burned or scorched.
Most wood grills will have a drip pan under them, but not a charcoal or gas grill. To clean up your grill, just remove the drip tray and throw away the soot and charcoal and put that in the trash.
